Component recorded by NHTSA

Suspension › Front › Stabilizer Bar

Campaign summary

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024 Acura ZDX vehicles. The passenger-side front stabilizer bar bracket bolts may have been improperly tightened, which can allow the bolts to loosen and separate from the vehicle frame. A detached stabilizer bar or bracket can damage the vehicle's high voltage cables or EV battery coolant lines.

Consequence

Damaged cables or coolant lines can result in a vehicle shutdown, causing a loss of drive power and increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy in the source record

Dealers will inspect and tighten the bolts, and repair the stabilizer bar and bracket, high voltage cables, and EV battery coolant lines as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 30, 2025. Owners may contact Honda customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Honda's number for this recall is SLH.

Confirm current remedy eligibility, parts availability, and completion status with NHTSA, the manufacturer, or an authorized dealer.
